Jonathan Majors, the actor known for his roles in "Creed III" and "Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania," was arrested on Saturday in New York City on charges of harassment, assault, and strangulation related to a domestic dispute with a 30-year-old woman in the Manhattan neighborhood of Chelsea.

According to the NYPD spokesperson, the victim reported the assault to the police, and officers took the 33-year-old actor into custody without incident.
However, Majors was released from police custody later that day, according to the same source. Despite the charges, Majors' representative claimed that the actor had done nothing wrong and was looking forward to clearing his name.
Majors has appeared in several high-profile films in recent years, including "The Last Black Man in San Francisco," "Da 5 Bloods," and "The Harder They Fall." He is set to appear in the upcoming film "Magazine Dreams."
